Buried Horses took to the studio with a swag of beautiful songs that not only depicted a intimate knowledge of the desolate Australian landscape, but a vision of the larger world and a intimacy that fuels us of a reminder of what is around us. Rising from the ashes of The Swindlers, the tension of overseas travel, our countries dark past and the friction played out amongst what is, and what might have been adds to the colour and texture of "The Tempest". With a respect between the bands members to reflect these emotions a poetic journey was set up. It's now up to you embrace the journey and to be absorbed Their new road now sees them being lauded by not just Melbourne but the world.
